Through my own experiences + research, I’ve been learning a lot about food and the role it plays in the healing process. Not only does what we eat affect us physically, but our relationship with food impacts our mental, emotional, and spiritual health as well.
By preparing our own heal-thy [me]als, we create the space and opportunity to put good energy, intention, and love into what we are putting into our bodies. We get to replace those artificial products, filled with chemicals we can’t even pronounce, with plants, whole foods and lots of natural flavors.
